Following the successful Design Train programme last Autumn we’re delighted to be rolling out some more courses across the South West in the Spring.
SERVICE DESIGN: NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR DESIGNERS & DESIGN CLIENTS – FROM ONLY £149 for early bird bookings
This comprehensive introduction to the value of designing services identifies why services need to be designed and how you can potentially develop, and credibly offer, service design as part of your portfolio. This interactive workshop includes an introduction to Service Design Tools including blueprinting, customer experience mapping, prototyping and character profiling. You will learn the value of creating excellence in services and how designers design services using case studies. This is a unique opportunity, not only to grow your understanding of Service Design, but also to grow the potential of your business. LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT – FROM ONLY £149 for early bird bookings
For business owners and team leaders, this dynamic and engaging day will help you grow your understanding and confidence in being a leader and good people manager.Managing and motivating people is a skill and this one day interactive workshop will help you understand some of the tricks to understanding your people and how to get the best out of them as well as some good solid basics on managing people both individually and in teams. You will learn how to plan your people management, techniques in coaching, understanding what motivates, and clarity on your role as a leader.
