Tim Burley

Director of Exeter design and marketing agency Red Rocket, and Chair of Designed in Devon. Prior to joining Red Rocket in early 2000, Tim worked in marketing departments in the telecoms and Internet industries. Like so many marketing professionals, Tim is a wannabe designer frustrated by a lack of talent, and consequently abuses his senior position to make real designers listen to his opinions more than they might otherwise be inclined to.
Designed In Devon was established in 2006, and is developing into a strong champion for design-led businesses and related professionals throughout Devon. It is currently making as many friends as possible, learning a great deal from other Design Fora over the borders, and looking forward to making a splash sometime soon.
