It is the intention of the Authority to set up a framework agreement in relation these services. Architectural and building surveying services. Building engineering services. CDM Co-ordinator (formally planning supervisor). Clerk of works. General practice surveyor. Lead consultant. Planning supervisor. Project manager. Structural civil engineer. NHSBT plan to appoint a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 suppliers per discipline per region to ensure an optimal distribution of work and resources.
