Highlights of the South West Design Summit are now available on your local website. The day included reports from the local design networks.
SUMMIT HAILED A GREAT SUCCESS
The South West Design Forum summit was held on Thursday 18th March at the St. Mellion International Resort in Cornwall. The event saw the launch of several ground breaking initiatives, updates on current projects, and there were some inspiring sessions from John McFaul from McFaul studio and Sam Hecht from Industrial Facility. Highlights will be web streamed here shortly.

A ground breaking initiative was launched at the South West Design Forum summit last Thursday held at the St. Mellion International Resort.
DESIGN SUMMIT ATTRACTS INFLUENTIAL INDUSTRY SPEAKERS
Supported by Arts Council England, Business Link Peninsula, Design Council, Silverstream, South West Design Programme, South West RDA, South West Screen, University College Falmouth and the University of Plymouth the summit will be taking place on Thursday 18th March at the St. Mellion International Resort, Nr. Saltash, Cornwall. Keynote speakers are John McFaul, a leading light in contemporary art & design, a founding member and Director of the South Coast Design Forum and partner at Big Daddy; and Sam Hecht an industrial designer and founder of Industrial Facility, with clients such as Muji, Yamaha, Epson and Whirlpool
